The premises include 11 secure high quality fully furnished rental offices. Each office is centrally heated and includes state of the art technical services including telecom system, voice mail, call diversion and fibre optic high-speed internet with Wi-Fi and Cat 5 network cabling.
Other workspace rental benefits include all-inclusive rates, weekly cleaning and a well-presented ground floor meeting room available for hire. Each tenant would also have use of the reception and the shared rest areas and kitchens.
The offices have 24/7 high security comprising of an intruder alarm system, high quality CCTV and individual office keypad door locks.

Grangeside Workspace has been fully refurbished, with well equipped kitchen areas including coffee and tea and a break area for when you need thinking time.
